Knife Depot - Chinese Kitchen Knife

I bought 3 of these knives. Quality is good enough. delivered fat and hair-popping sharp. Nice blade profile; 2.5mm on the spine, 0.5mm behind the edge of the tip (better for slicing\dicing) and 1.0mm behind the edge on the heel of the blade, closer to the handle (better for chopping). The blade doesn't have any print on it. Handle assembly is ok with only minimal gap between one scale and the tang. Scale material seems to be pakkawood, but I'm not 100% sure.
