How To Maintain and Care Your Kitchen Chef Knife :

 

  1. Please DON'T use in a dishwasher, HAND WASH is highly recommended to prevent rust before drying with a napkin!
  2. Please DON'T use corrosive detergents and scratching sponges to clean the knife surface, they will damage the protective layer, making knives lose glossiness.
  3. After cleaning the knives, dry them with a soft cloth and place them back to the block.
  4. Please be careful when using and storing it! Be sure to use it correctly, always keep them in place and STAY AWAY from your children.
  5. Please DON'T sharpen them too often,1-2 times a year is enough.
  6. To remove any difficult stains, you can soak it in the water for a few minutes before cleaning
